My Versa’s screen is completely blank like it is turned off. Last time it synced wa 5am on 11/16/19. Running latest firmware 68.9.15.
How do I restart the device?

I purchased a Versa in the winter of 2018 and experienced the same issue in late February 2019. Fitbit stood by their word and provided a replacement Versa in March 2019, but unfortunately, the replacement Versa did the same thing a few months later and malfunctioned again. The screen went blank, and I could not see anything. I tried turning it off and turning it on but to no avail. I was so angry, so I put it away because I was leaving for a long trip. I recently returned and am going to request they provide me with another one, and while they're at it, get to the bottom and fix this issue. I've been a loyal Fitbit customer for years and have had most of the brands. I've managed to get at least 3-4 years out of them before they stopped working. I've never considered using another brand, but if Fitbit does not rectify this matter, I'm going to purchase a Garmin product and post my experience on social media.
