My versa stopped working. When I put it on the charger it works. When I take it off the charger it does not work.

Hi, did you already tried to reboot your watch? Press and hold the left and right lower buttons untill the Fitbit loga appears on your display. Release the buttons. Sometimes you have to do that two or three times. Good luck. When this does not work, contact Customer support: https://help.fitbit.com/?l=en_US&cu=1&fs=ContactUs

Hello, I'm having exactly the same problem as reported.
When I remove my Fitbit Versa from the charger, it's turns off, black screen.
I tried to restart it as you said by hitting the left and the right bottom buttons at the same time, more than 3 times tries, but it doesn't work.
Please help me.

I contacted them, suddenly it worked for a while, I put it on the charger, now I remove it, it works for a while (20 minutes aprox.) and then the screen goes black and nothing works, I have to put it again in the charger and it turns on. I will contact them again. Thanks anyway, this seems to be happening to a lot of people... I found lots of posts on google about this issue

When I plug in, it's 99% or 100% battery full, it has some other problem... I put it on my wrist, it remains 20 minutes on or so, and turns off, and have to plugin again, and says it's battery full... I don't know. They say they're going to replace it because nothing seemed to fix it.
Hope the next one doesn't have any problem...

I am having the same problem since this afternoon. I have tried rebooting a few times but it’s not working. Is there any other solution to this? I have been using the versa since July 2018 and it’s been great so far.

Hey @Madecita, I hope you are doin' fine. I appreciate the time you have spent to contact our Support team for further help as @Stephenbiggs suggested and sounds great that they have helped you out to get you back on track. By the way, I apologize for taking so long to responding.
@Sanindia, welcome aboard! Thanks for trying to reboot your Versa to fix this. Let me ask you this, 'cause I'd like to know if the issue is with the Versa itself or with the charging cable. Is it your Versa charging? Does it get fully charged? Let me know!
I'll be around!

Hi. There is no problem with the charger. The versa charges completely while on the charger but the versa battery drains out completely once off the charger.

Thanks for your reply @Sanindia! Considering that your Versa still not working as it should, I have escalated your case with our Support team so they can further assist you. So please keep an eye on your inbox.
@OdgeyK, welcome aboard! Have you tried to restart your Versa? If you haven't, please follow these instructions:
- Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
- Let go of the buttons.
- If your Fitbit Versa doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.
Keep me posted!

I just received my versa today and I am having the same problem. It reads 100% charged whil on the charger and when I take it off it dies. Multiple attempts to reset have done nothing.
