My versa stopped working. When I put it on the charger it works. When I take it off the charger it does not work.

I am having the same problem. My watch does not even reboot pushing the bottom buttons together. How do I check if it is in warranty?

Mine is doing the same thing like everyone else. I’ve had mine for 2 years, and I’ve done trouble shooting with customer service and they pretty much said there is nothing they can do for me as it’s out of warranty. Go to know you guys stand by your products. Will definitely be switching to apple

I also have had this issue, after both resetting my watch and testing other chargers, my versa ceases to work when taken off the charger. This happened abruptly, although my watch was in perfect condition before this problem had arisen.
I would like to know how to fix this issue or be provided with compensation or replacements.

Did anyone figure a solution apart from getting a replacement?
Fitbit isn't kind enough as the warranty is over. Seem like the device is programmed to fail exactly after warranty is over.
