I was at the waterpark today & noticed around noon my fitbit completely stopped working. I wore it on the rides & in the water yesterday without any issue. I can't even sync it to my phone.

@leacurrent, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display won't turn on and won't sync.
I'd like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. finally, monitor your watch and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome.

No, the versa does not vibrate when put on the charger. I removed the device from my iPhone app this morning and just tried to pair the device with my phone. It is not discoverable. So what is the solution? I know I am not the only person with this issue. the 4 year old Alta is working fine.
