My Versa's screen isn't responding and watch isn't syncing after the update

Since I updated my versa on June 10th it is not responding when I try to swipe left to pull up the apps nor does it respond to swiping up to bring up stats. It’s also not syncing to my phone even though I’ve tried all the recommendations. Also, my battery life has tanked since I completed the update. Please fix this.

I've seen you contacted our Support Team after posting here and I saw that they helped you with the screen and battery issues. If the difficulties with your watch persist, please feel free to contact them back with the number of reference you were given so they can continue assisting you.
