I love my versa! I'm super sad because, it just started moving from menu to menu without me even touching it. Then it stopped after about 20 mins and it was fine. That night I put on charger and when I woke up, the screen was dark with a blue stripe going down on the right side. What should I do? It's about a year old.

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support. Regards kuzibri

@LissyNP welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the screen issues that your Versa was experienced, I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that you contacted them via chat as advised @SunsetRunner.
I'm glad to hear that a solution was provided and you will be back on track soon.
