I had my Versa for almost a year with no issues, however, for 2 days now it does not react to the upward swipe at all, and the side swipe hardly works too. When I left swipe it is very slow and instead of switching between screens it opens apps randomly. I spent 5 mins trying to get to the settings to first switch off and after another 5 mins to do a facory reset and unpairing. I have restarted several times, uninstalled most apps, it has fitbit clock face. Nothing works..It is also difficult to select within settings, like it does not feel what i do on the touchscreen.

Hi, did you setup your Versa all over again with your phone after the FR? This is necessary as it acts like a new watch after a FR.

Yes I did! By this morning the Versa was only displaying the logo, first I restarted with the two buttons, then it diplayed the clockface again but the swiping did not come back. Then I navigated excrutiatingly to settings did a simple switching off, when that didn't fix it did a FR and set up the Versa properly again. Nothing changed so I restarted since then several times with the two buttons. I also fully charged it and uninstalled every app keeping only the bare minimum. Made sure all of them are Fitbit. No results. I cannot se my Daily stats at all on the watch, only if I open the app.

Hi, are you using a third party clock face? If yes, install one developed by Fitbit itself and restart your Versa. Third party faces either can expire or are removed from the gallery.

By today no swipe in any direction (up/down/side) works.. nothing. I have the clockface and that's it. The touchscreen does not work at all.. 😞 😞 😞

Hi, there aretwo things you can do:
1. Restart your Versa 4-5 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this procedure does not solve your problem:
2. Contact Customer Support about this issue.

Wow how can this be my versa was working perfectly fine until today. It started with the screen being unresponsive, and then vibrated uncontrollably, I restarted it a few times, then it kept restarting all by itself and now the blue screen of death. My question how is it possible the same problem happen to 2 ppl the same day? Seems to be more of a coincidence to me! I contacted support waiting on info of wranty. My watch is only 4 months old!

I’m on my 6th Versa in 3 years! They have all broken within less than 5 months each, but Fitbit will not accept the watch is not fit for purpose. I have been forced to pay for an upgrade twice, and now my 6th Versa screen is refusing to swipe successfully. Previous issues were with the watch getting damp (yes, I know it’s meant to be suitable for swimming) and with the battery. My strap also broke last week but part got stuck in the watch and I had to superglue it back on. I am very careful with my Versas, have not dropped or damaged one, they just stop working from f their own accord.
