My Versa says “Active Challenges Reached. I can not use Challenges and Adventures in Discovery

I have been having the same issue for the past few months. Have tried everything and still getting active challenge limit reached and even when I’m having no current active challenges. Can anyone help me fix this so I can do challenges again please.
