My Versa says to use phone to unlock.

I changed my wristband;  now the versa says use phone to unlock.  What do I do?

@lpeder1969 You must have tapped wrong PIN too many times (more than 10) while changing the bands. Whatever you do, do NOT delete the tracker from Fitbit mobile app! Now, if the Versa still syncs without issues, please take a look at this article - Unlock with the phone.

No, it did not help! I can’t open the versa at all! I need to know where in the new phone app I can go to help me unlock my versa and what to use!

@lpeder1969 Follow the link I shared above or:

 

  1. Open fitbit app
  2. Tap on the word Versa under your profile picture on the left
  3. Scroll down to Device Lock
  4. Find the option to reset your PIN
  5. Note that after you reset your PIN code, you must add your cards to Fitbit Pay as if you were setting it up for the first time.
