I restarted my watch- but the screen still flickers, turns white,  and won't sync.

@HeidiaMcD welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since the display turns white and is experiencing syncing issues. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article also contains the restart process but you can skip it since you already tried it. After this, check out your Fitbit app and see if your Versa synced.

If your watch synced, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and see if the display works properly.

Keep me posted on the outcome! Smiley Happy

Hello,  did reset my clock face to a "fitbit" created one.  I was able to sync it, but the screen continues to be grainy/flickers/ turns white.  It also lost all power after 3 hours with a full charge:/

Do you have any other avenues to try, as I si'l have a non functional Fitbit?
