My Versa seems to be stuck and isn't showing steps on it.

Today, I looked down at my Versa and it seems to be stuck on 312 steps. It won't register any more steps. But when I do a Sync with my computer it shows over 2,000 steps. It is still registering my heart rate but nothing else. What can I do?

Thanks so much. I tried Restart and it didn't help. What I ended up doing was going to Settings - Apps - and chose a new face format. Only then did it show my steps, etc.

Hi @pemgem  Try restarting your Versa several times. If it continues to give you problems following that, please come back here.
