My clockface went away and was replaced with the message, "this ap requires the internet permission to be granted" I have went to my apps and the Fitbit app and turned permissions off and back on, restarted Fitbit, not successful. Was working good, then lost the main screen

I finally called - the clock app I had chosen (a holiday one) was no longer good and I had to pick a new one and problem solved
