bought new Versa will not power up past the Fitbit logo tried absolutly everythig 3 button reset , firmware update as 1 was available 3 yes 3 hours later the versa says it has a " Data not cleared Sync & try again" error c'mon really 3 fecking hours and this,anyone any ideas, like Fitbit c''''''''''''''mon
