Hey,
Yesterday my Versa gave me over 200 active minutes when I was not active and had me burning nearly 3000 calories. So I reset it a couple of times to see if that helped. Well this morning I got up and it started giving me active minutes while sleeping so I reset again as well as powered on and off. Now I can't get a HR reading at all. I reset it again when I noticed the HR reading was gone and powered on and off. Still no HR reading. I've done all the troubleshooting that I found on this issue here but nothing is correcting the problem. Also the past two nights it's only been giving me basic sleep info. To add the HR just started showing again but it's got me in fat burn while sitting here typing, so it's still off.

Hi @Kstell, it sounds like something is wrong with the Heart Rate sensor. Have you contacted Support? Their link is at the bottom of the page.

I was just about to do that. lol! It's just getting worse and draining the battery horribly now. So I think it's a little more complicated. Thanks!

I have the same issue. My heart rate monitor has been inacurrate for over a month now, I've contacted support several times and they gave me no solution. They said it's a known bug and hope to resolve it "soon". I have yet to hear any update and they refuse to give me a replacement. I've been told there is no solution. Thank you Fitbit...

I kind of thought there were a few times mine was off but now it's just crazy. Support had me do a factory reset, I did that and got a wildly inaccurate reading for all of 15 minutes. Then it went back to not reading at all. They said they would send in a ticket for me but I haven't heard anything yet. I don't mind small problems but this is my second Versa. The first one had a bad screen 3 weeks after I got it, this one hasn't had major issues until now, 8 months later. I really love the Versa and thought about getting a Versa Lite but they have to be more reliable than this for me to invest again. Good luck getting some help with yours.
