My Versa stoped regestering my bpm all setting are on, battery is full. Ty

Hi, is the sensor of the HR still working, e.g. does it show a green light? If yes, try restarting your Versa several times. You can also clean the sensor with a soft cloth. If nothing helps, contact Customer Support.
