My Versa has been working fine until this week when it stopped registering the daily exercise, I then noticed the past couple of weeks of exercise records had vanished but 18th January is showing 24,060 of exercise that day!
What on earth has happened? My walk today has not shown up anywhere... any ideas please?

I'm sorry to hear that your daily exercise was not registered by your Fitbit Versa and that some of your records seem to have vanished.
Whether your information was synced it should still show up on your Fitbit account. Our team just released a new version of the Fitbit app. You can find instructions to update the app on this article.
In addition, you can follow our troubleshooting steps guide to resolve syncing issues.
