Last week my Versa stopped recording heart rate. I try shutdown and restart a couple of times with no success. I finally ended up doing a factory reset. Heart rate monitor is now working but ever since the reset I’m only getting simplified sleep info.
‘Tried shutdown and restart a few times. Still not getting detailed sleep info.
Any suggestions on fixing this?

Hi, after a factory reset, your Versa is brought back to the "in the box" state, so in principle it's a new device, which needs to be setup all over again with your phone in order to get it being recognized by the Fitbit app on your phone. So, I would advice you to put your Versa in the charger and connect it to your computer, go to the Fitbit app on your phone and press "add new device" and start the setup procedure.
