Hi,

 

My Versa stopped tracking my sleep and heart rate. I have no lights on at all on my sensor. Nothing! I have tried all the troubleshooting. I have turned it off and on. I have cleaned it. I have checked for updates. I finally did a factory reset. And still Nothing. Someone please help me!
