My Versa stopped working after a swim workout

I recently used my Versa for a swim workout, as they do say that you can.

While still in the pool it died. I could clearly see water inside the Versa.

It came back on and then died 3 days later. I haven't been able to get it on again.

I reported it to Customer Service, but they are not willing to replace it as is just out of warranty.

I am so disappointed in Fitbit. How can they advertise it as waterproof but when you swim with it water gets inside. I have sent Customer service photos where you can clearly see the water in it.

Surely this should be a factory fault. Its false advertising.

I will not be getting another Fitbit nor recommend anybody to buy a Fitbit. Money wasted.
