I have tried resetting the device and it still does not work. Now it shows 0% and will not even come on. Is there a way to fix this? I feel lost without this thing.

@Queen78 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it won't turn on even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
I'd like you to try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains the restart process but you can skip it and proceed with the rest. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it stays on when removing it from the charger.

Mine did exactly the same thing last week, turned off at 80% and wouldn't turn back on, flashing 0% battery. I could reset it by holding dow the left and bottom right buttons and putting it straight onto the charger, but as soon as I removed it it died again.
I contacted Fitbit support and they sent me a new one, but this one must be refurbished as it came in unmarked packaging with no accessories. This one has had loads of issues too, so I'm thinking of getting a refund and switching to another brand of watch.
