My Versa watch got cracked

Hello. On my birthday (in May) I got a Fitbit Versa. I used it a lot. Just the other day I was walking a tripped over my feet on the watch and it cracked. I informed/ chatted with an agent and they didn’t do anything except give me a 20% discount to get a new one. I am appalled at the service. I am having to pay over $100 to get professional service and  screen protectors. Come on, Fitbit.
