My Versa will not connect, or even be recognized to connect with Samsung S8

I have tried littetally every troubleshoot method for connectivity issues.

Eg. Restart Bluetooth, fitbit app, fitbit watch, mobile phone. Restore fitbit watch to factory settings, delete and download fitbit app, disconnect all other Bluetooth devices and so on.

This connection issue has been happening more and more frequently, and not to mention the fact that the watch doesn't sync half the time. It gets extremely frustrating to keep doing this. Usually restoring the fitbit to factory settings and reconnecting as a new watch works. But this time it won't. 

How can my issue be resolved?

My Versa Lite does not sync anymore as Bluetooth isn’t working. Have done all the troubleshooting I can find on here but still Bluetooth will not connect with my Fitbit. Ready to toss this thing!
