I factory reset my Versa because it wouldn't sync and now I can't get it to connect to my phone, I am seriously beyond frustrated!

1. Remove Versa from your phone's Bluetooth Paired Devices list (forget/unpair)
2. Reboot your phone and Versa (press and hold the left and bottom right buttons until Fitbit logo flashes). Do not pair in phone's Bluetooth settings
3. Place Versa in a charging dock near your router as you will be using Wifi to download a firmware update
4. Open Fitbit mobile app and set up a device. Choose Versa.
5. Assuming you didn't delete your Versa from the app before factory reset, you will be prompted to replace your Versa with a new one. Agree.
6. Follow the instructions on the screen.
