My Versa will not power on

Last night my Verss screen went black and buttons were not working to wake it up. I tried a reset and then the Fitbit logo and black screen alternated every few seconds. I found an article suggesting I remove the device from my app and reinstall it, but the app could not find my device, so I couldn’t go through the set up process. I found another article on how to do a factory reset and then cleaned the charging contacts and put it on the charger overnight. I cannot get it to turn on. Please help.

Hi @Michp1000 If restarts dont fix it, it sounds like it has died. Your only option is to contact Support and hope they can help you

This is my third Fitbit in 3 years. Two failed Ionic and now a versa. Going to buy an Apple Watch today.

I just had the same exact thing happen, and I’m also on my 3rd device in 3-4 years. Maybe it’s time to give up on Fitbit.

Same thing just happened to me, starting a couple days ago. Tried everything I could think of, then called support. Just got off the phone with them and all they did was offer me a 25% discount... As long as it wasn't the new versions.

 

I'm ordering a Samsung Gear today.

Wow! Not cool. After 3 devices, I could have paid for 1 Apple Watch. Picked mine up curbside at Best Buy for $299. They are all $100 off right now. Set up much less complicated than all 4 of my Fitbit devices (including my first tracker).
