Does anyone else think the charger for the Versa is garbage? I can't get it to sit flat because of the charging wire and the band knocking it over. The result of that is Fitbit didn't charge.... Help!!

Your video seems to show a Versa with a knit band, not the standard rubber band. The rubber band retains a curve that causes it to conflict with the power wire. For me the only way to "sit" the charging Versa flat on a table is with the face down. Off the top of my head, I don't see the design solution, but the current design of the charger seems flawed.

Welcome to the forums!

I dont understand. Are you using a fitbit Charger for your Versa? As the band lays over the charging cable.

Here is a YouTube video to show you how to charge it

I am having the same issue.  I have placed my versa 2 on the charger, plugged into a brick and plug that have both been tested to work.

I have removed the band so nothing could get in the way and versa does not recognize it is on the charger.

I've wiggled it, held it in place, cleaned the contacts etc

Nothing seems to work
