My Versa won’t charge

My versa won’t charge - it’s been on the charge all night and still at 0%.  At best my versa lasts about 9 hours usually before going from 100% charge to flat and now it’s not charging at all.  Any ideas ??

Contact Support right now, it sounds like you got a lemon.
