But it won't charge. I've tried restarting, making sure the pins were clean (even though it is brand new) tried different outlets and all are working. It has been plugged in for more than 2 hours and 0% battery.
Super disappointed

Hi @SunsetRunner Try all the tips inTHIS Help Article on charging problems, but if nothing helps you will need to return it to the store you bought it from. If it was the Fitbit Online store then contact Support (link in my signature)
