My Versa won't connect to my wifi or bluetooth. I've tried everything. I've restarted the Versa And it still not connecting to wifi and/or bluetooth.

You should be able to pair up with the Versa Clasic but a user will not be able to pair to the Versa Low Energy Bluetooth, or what is seen as Versa.
Is your wifi compatible?

I have connected3 it to my wifi. And it keeps disconnecting. Either way begging hooked to my Note 10+ and blue tooth, it should know when I'm sleeping and walking,jogging eat. I just charged it fully again. And I synced it again. When I touch it, it has a very dim light and black screen. Whether is connected to wifi or not, this piece of JUNK does NOT work. There are so many on here complaining about the fitbits. It ridiculous. I want my money back for this Versa i got.
