Hi @Jericallies, a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community! I'm sorry for the late response and I was reading your Versa is not giving you more than 5 to 6 hours of battery charge.

Since has been a few days after your post, I'm wondering how it goes? Is the battery still not holding the charge? I would like to confirm which steps have your tried to address this issue?

As a matter of review I'm going to share this help article: Can I improve my Fitbit device's battery life?

A restart would do the trick if the issue continue, so if you haven't try this, please try this recommendation:How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Also make sure the charging contacts of the Charging cable aligned with the contacts of your tracker. It is possible is not receiving enough charge.

See you around and hope this helps.

Hi

I am having this same issue. I have daily sync off. heart rate off auto wake off. notification receiving off. im using a fitbit watch face and all the other interesting stuff off too. ive tried the reset with the back button and the down button. And leaving it plugged into a computer for 48hrs to charge. The charge still barely lasts 4 hours before im charging again. dissapointed is not the word.

I've had my Versa for just shy of 2 years and about a week ago it stopped holding a charge for longer than 5 or 6 hours.  I've tried all suggestions to no avail.  Add my name to the list!

Mine either...and this is a replacement Fitbit sent to me because my first one would no longer swipe!!!! DO NOT BIY THIS VERSION PEOPLE!!! Not the quality product Fitbit used to sell. Mine was over $200!!!! Now in the market for a RELIABLE fitness watch. Very disappointed in Fitbit!

Same here, heart rate monitor went out, after resetting now it won't hold a charge or accurately log my miles.

I have had my versa for just at 2yrs and it has decided to stop holding a charge I am lucky if I get 4hours out of it. I have tried every googled trick there is to get it to start holding a charge again with no luck. I super disappointed, as I spent well over $200 and now I am going to have to get a new one.

I've had mine for less than 6 months and also paid well over $200 for it!

I have had my FitBit Versa for over two years as others in this thread.  Why all of a sudden is it not holding a charge.  Was something not compatible with the last update that made things go haywire? Please help with this issue and if it can't be fixed what will you do for us to make it right?

My troubles started with the heart monitor but then progressed to it not hold a charge.  I reset the watch when the heart monitor wasn't working and it seemed to help.  But now won't hold a charge.

Hopefully they will figure it out!  It seems weird that we are all having the same issue all of a sudden.  Prior to this I loved my watch! 😞

Charged my versa yesterday. Put it on around 6 PM and this morning I woke up and it was dead. I had to restart it yesterday because it was completely dead and wouldn’t even start to charge. Then once it did it died within 12 hours. And that was during my sleep.....

Mine has now gone completely blank and won't even attempt to turn on anymore.

I have a backup watch I've been using, but I love my versa. Since this problem is widespread, I'm hoping for a solution, otherwise I'm out a $200 watch.

This is exactly what you have already told us to do! It does not change
anything. I have had my Versa for over a year with no big issues. I did
not change anything. But now it only holds a charge for 5-6 hours. I even
reset my watch today and it did nothing to help the situation. We need
something other then the same generic answer please.
