Hello,
Please read the below very carefully:
I didn’t use fitbit since march 16th till june 24th as I didn’t had charger, now when I got the charger - I charged it the fitbit got ON but it didn’t connect with my iPhone 11 and so I did factory reset by going to Versa - About - Reset post which:
1. I reinstalled fitbit app on my iPhone and tried to setup the versa
2. everything went smooth as said by fitbit app I charged the versa etc to pair
3. even right now the battery is 100%
4. when i try to setup the versa doesn’t show on my iPhone bluetooth settings and hence it is not getting paired with my device through fitbit app.
5. i did click on forget this device because i wanted everything new and since the versa was not getting synced with my iPhone.
6. I even did restart of my phone yet the same problem came.
7. also, i tried to sync my versa with android tablet - there also the versa was not showing on bluetooth settings.
my current ios is 13.5.2 - if someone needs this.
I personally feel my versa’s bluetooth is not working for getting it paired.
can anyone please suggest something?
i m very worried.

Hello there @_shubhamsethi, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa is not pairing to your phone and Fitbit account again. Thanks for all the steps you've done so far to get this solved.
I've seen that you contacted our Support Team with regards to this and they've been helping you since. I'd recommend to keep the conversation with them as they'll know what's the next step to follow.
