I waited for a while to get my upgraded replacement Versa 2....now I can't stand it!!! The only way I can get it on is if I place it on the charger, then I have to push the button within every 5 minutes and if I don't it turns back off🤬

I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 didn't stay on. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via phone. I'm so glad to hear that a solution was provided.
