My Versa won't stay synced to my phone

When I got my fitbit it was perfect, I could do anything with it and go back to look at it. Im a college cross country athlete and I use the device every day. I went on a camping trip with my team a few days after I got it. It fell of the bench I sat it on and it got a little scratch on it. No big deal, it still worked just like how I got it. It hasn't been a month yet and now it wont stay synced, I have done everything that I have been told. From rebooting the app and switching Bluetooth on and off. It just wont stay synced. This last week I took it off because it was digging in to my wrist. I dropped it and the screen cracked even more. And now I just took a shower and it cracked just a bit more. However, the whole thing is still working but it won't stay synced. Because it wont stayed synced can it be replaced? I know it it isn't because it has been dropped I am willing to pay for some of the watch but not the whole thing cause I need it to sync for my athletics. Can you do anything at all?

Please let me know what is the make and model of your phone. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

I have an Android. Maybe that could be the problem because I have done all
the troubleshoot steps people keep talking about.
