My Versa won't sync with my phone

I upgraded my phone a couple months ago and now my fitbit won't sync. I'm having to set it up again and during set up it tells me to put it on the charger, I do that and it won't register that it's on the charger. I had a cheap replacement charger from Amazon so I thought that would be the issue but I bought a replacement from fitbit and it's still no it registering it's charging

With my Fitbit, it won't stay synced. It is not consistent.  One moment it will show my text messages and calls and then it won't acknowledge them at all. I am having to almost reset it up, in order for me to get these notifications accurately.

Did U learn what the problem was? If yes what was it, I also upgraded and it seems like my iPhone needs to go thru the syncing I like to check the weather and nothing

No still haven't figured it out, the screen on the fitbit tells me that I
need to download app and the app tells me to put my fitbit on the charger
and I cannot get any further then that
