My Versa won't track any data but steps

My Versa isn't working the way I expected it to and I'm not sure how to fix it.

It doesn't seem to be recording any data other than steps. My heart rate is a live reading only and I can't even get the sleep app to select on the fitbit app. I'm also unable to change the clock face due to 'no compatible device being connected'.

At this stage the Versa is less sophisticated than my old Charge 2, please help if you know how to get these features to work.

Hi there, @Leah8. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa. I understand how you must be feeling.

After reading your post, it seems to me that your Versa wasn't paired correctly. That would explain why it's only tracking your steps (and also calories).

To solve the issue, you'll need to set up your watch. However, as a first approach, please make sure that the phone you're using meets the requirements listed here.

To set up your Versa, see How do I set up my Fitbit device?
