My Versa won't track anything steps, nothing...it's brand new and just stopped

My Versa 2 stopped tracking anything..it was tracking just fine at first except heart tracker then it stopped my steps

Thank you for sharing the inquiry regarding Versa 2.

Please perform a restart  as suggested below: 

  • Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  • Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  • Press and hold the buttons on your tracker for 10 seconds.
  • Release the buttons. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
