My watch will not track my sleep anymore. Try to sync and get an error message.

@Laura2365 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it's not tracking your sleep not syncing your data.
I'd like you to restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help page. Once you've done this, go to your profile settings and change the sleep sensitivity from normal to "Sensitive". Finally, save the change and monitor your Versa for the next 48 hours and see if it tracks your sleep and syncs your data properly.
