I’ve had my versa for about seven months and never had a problem with it till Saturday. It started turning on and off by itself and when it just finally shut off it won’t turn back on I’ve been charging it for about two days now and I’ve tried holding down all the buttons but still nothing.

Hi, contact Customer Support about this issue. Seems to be a hardware problem.

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa stopped turning on its display all of a sudden. Thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums by restarting it.
