Hi , my Fitbit versa will not turn on, it charged all night but it’s nit doing anything, I tried holding the back button and bottom right but nothing, pls help.!

@Addicto81 Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa won't turn on, even though you have restarted it before contacting our forums.
If you haven't contacted our Support team, I'd like to know if you have put your Versa in the charger. If so, does it turn on?
There are times that the contacts of the Versa or charger accumulate dust and this doesn't allow good contact between the charger and tracker. Please try cleaning the contacts of the charger and Versa with a cotton swab in order to remove the dust. After this, leave your tracker charging for 2-3 hours and see if it turns on.
