Hello
So here's my story two nights ago I fell asleep and my watch's battery died, the next morning so yesterday I woke up and charged my watch fully but then started noticing that my screen wasn't working so I turned it off and on lot's of time but nothing was working, so I went to sleep and woke up today with the annoying surprised that my watched died and will not turn on not matter what, can anyone help me or contact me with support?

@Nicki2166, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not turning on or taking a charge. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this is issue resolved before contacting our forums.
I would like to know if your Fitbit Versa vibrates when you put it on the charger.
In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This help article may contain steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, charge your watch for 2-3 hours and see if it comes back to life.

I appreciate you taking your time and answering to me.
I have discovered that my watch its still working because I can see in the app my exercise and every morning my alarm still goes off BUT the screen is still black.

Hold down the left button and lower right for 10-20 seconds, and see if it reboots.

I've tried this before and it doesn't help 🤔😑😓
