My Versa won't turn on

After less than six months using new Versa my watch suddenly dead with black screen only green light from behind and I sent many emails to the support team to help but I was disappointed in the way they dealt with the issue. I’m really very annoyed of that. And I won’t recommend Fitbit to anyone.

Regarding the dead screen issues that your Fitbit Versa is experiencing, I totally understand how you feel about this. I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they are assisting you via email. Please keep an eye on your email account since they will reply to your email soon.
