Hi I got my versa 1 a while ago and when the new update came out I pressed “update” and it started I left the app and when I came back to the app it said that you are ready to uptake your versa so basically it did not update but the watch was still on the upgrading Fitbit logo and it stayed like that even afterwards it died after speaking with customer service they’d first have meaning a 25% discount than after talking with them I Gorbachev a fully refund I wasn’t just wondering if anyone had the same problem.

I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that they assisted you via email and provided a replacement unit. I'm glad to hear that you will be back on track soon.
