My versa is not recordind active minutes and my workouts like cardio..

I regret to hear that your Fitbit Versa is not recording your active minutes nor your workouts. I would like to mention that active minutes are awarded after 10 minutes of continuous moderate-to-intense activity. For more information about this topic, please visit this article.
If you consider your workouts should earn active minutes, please perform a restart to your watch by following these steps.
In order to address the issue with your workouts not recorded, please provide the following information:
- Are you starting your activity manually from the watch or is it recorded automatically?
- Which cardio activities are you having difficulties with?
- Since when have you experienced this issue?
- Have you tried to perform your activity after the restart?
