I regret to hear that your activity for the current month is not shown on your Fitbit account. Please try logging out and logging back in to your Fitbit account. In addition, reboot your phone. If this doesn't work, please check out if your data (steps, distance, floors) is still there.

 

Whether your activities still don't show up, please verify if they are missing on the online Dashboard too. You can go to fitbit.com > Log > Activities.

 

If none of the above helps, I would appreciate if you provide me with the following information:

- When did you notice this situation?

- Has it happened before?
