My all the time ( time) it is not working, neither the turn the wrist to see the time.

I need to keep pushing the bottom in order to see the time, I could just get a cheap watch that stays on all the time, this Versa 3 it is not helping me reading my time, I really need reading glasses however, inside the pool I can't wear them.

Display should come on with wrist turn.  If not, you either have 'Screen Wake' set to manual rather than auto, or are in Sleep Mode.  Both can be found in Quick Settings, or in full Settings.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
