The other night, in the middle of the night, both my husband’s watch and mine stop doing heart rate. Mine was glitching even more by the screen not being responsive etc. The heart rate monitor has a constant res light as well. I started by turning it off and when that didn’t work I did a factory reset. It went through and then the screen went funny and now nothing comes on the screen at all. Short of aliens, or a solar flare, does anyone have an idea about what went wrong? Anyone else? We were both wearing our watches when it happen and were sleeping.

@Mountainrunner It's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your and your husband's Versa watches since they're started to behave weird and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for trying a factory reset before contacting our forums.
If you haven't done so, please restart both watches as described in this help article. This workaround will refresh your Versa watches internally. After this, try changing the clock face for both watches to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the issues get fixed.
Keep me posted on the outcome!
