I have a fitbit versa and as I was setting it up it says can not update then it was stuck to a fitbit logo. I tried to unpair it and restart my phone but my fitbit is still stuck with my the logo.please help me

Hello @Veehappy you have mentioned 2 devices phone and iPad.
When trying to use one, turn the Bluetooth off on the other.
Then try the Add device

So, your Fitbit Versa/Versa Lite is stuck during the setup process?
Hold down the left menu button and the bottom right button until the device resets itself. The setup process should start again on the watch - so search for a phone or tablet to pair too and entering the passcode keys, etc.
Just go back to one of your tablets and start the process of setting up the watch for the first time again. I recommend using the iPad, Fitbit devices work generally better with Apple devices.

I already tried to use my ipad instead of my android but it can not locate my fitbit..it kept on appearing try again.and searching and searching.

I already tried restarting my fitbit but it is always stuck in the logo with blue on left side. And i really can not pair it in my ipad.
