My app isn't showing the correct info synced

I have turned off my Bluetooth and turned it back on and it shows my steps for a second then it goes to 0 and won't sync again all day this is the 2nd day it hasn't worked! Help please!

@SunsetRunner welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since it reset the steps count on the app and it won't sync now even though you have turned off your phone's Bluetooth and turned it back on.

 

Please follow the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This may contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest. Finally, monitor your Versa and app and see if the information gets synced properly.
