My apps are not updating-Versa 2

I got a new replacement fitbit today. The fitbit app, some clock faces and the spotify app all need a update but they wont update..the bar just keeps going back and forth. I have updated the app, uninstalled the app, restarted the watch and it still wont work.

There also isnt a strava app on the device and i cannot find it to download.

Thanks for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

For Fitbit devices set up recently, it might be necessary to wait a couple of days to be able to download the most recent firmware version (35.72.1.9 as stated in this article). Over the next days you will receive a notification in the Fitbit app to update.

 

Once your Versa 2 is up to date, you should be able to download clock faces by following these instructions.
