Hi, I got my Fitbit Versa for Christmas, but have been really disappointed with it’s battery life. I have to charge it every night, or it doesn’t last the next day. Last night I forgot to put it on to charge and it went off at 4am! This renders the sleep monitoring function redundant as I can’t wear it overnight anymore. I have changed the settings so that it doesn’t continuously sync, and I don’t use if for music, just steps and following exercise. The screen I use just has time and steps on it. Am I doing something wrong, or do you think there is a problem with the battery?

Hi, restart your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see after each restart the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. This resets the internal system of the Versa. See if that solves your battery problem. When it does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.
