My bluetooth won't work on my Fitbit. 

My Fitbit can't pick up my wifi

Hello @Shootingstar51  normally when asking about a phone issue, it is helpful to include the phone model. 

I'm not sure what is ment by Bluetooth won't work.

Since wifi can only be setup through the Bluetooth channel, and Bluetooth won't work, this could explain the wifi problem 

Are you trying to sync or setup the tracker. Or maybe ring to setup music?

I have a Samsung s 8 active phone when I first got it everything worked now it quit.no phone calls, or any notification now it is just a watch. I payed a lot of money for just a watch. I have been checking for up dates I can’t get any on my watch.
